As an essential contributor to our team, you will start by carrying out in-depth Market Intelligence: collecting, analyzing and structuring Belgian market data in our CRM. Your key role will be to create a repeatable information gathering process, feeding the CRM and our knowledge base. You will continue with competitive analysis (Benchmarking) to keep Opal up to date with our competitors’ practices, approaches and pricing. Finally, you’ll optimize our sales funnel by innovating to reduce the duration of a sale and increase the value captured.

As an Internal Customer Success, you will play a central role in the satisfaction of our users and customers. Your varied tasks will include daily user support, incident resolution, case tracking, and the use of tools such as Zendesk, Asana, GSuite and Slack. Your responsibilities include the creation of new modules, code evolution, and integration with third-party systems. Some keywords to master: React, Docker, Ant.Design, AWS, NodeJS, OpenAPI, PostgreSQL. Our aim is to drive our software forward in hospitals by regularly integrating new modules and functionalities during two-week release cycles.
