Interneo: the digital solution to the nursing shortage
The shortage of nursing staff is an alarming reality in many countries, including Belgium. With around 12,000 nursing vacancies, the situation is critical. This shortage is the result of a combination of factors, such as the lengthening of nursing studies, burnout and difficult working conditions. Faced with this crisis, healthcare establishments are creatively rethinking their traditional recruitment methods.
